Separately and near-simultaneously, a post from Tom Bogert detailed the transfer of Gavin Wolff from Austin to Houston's Academy. According to Bogert, Austin "will retain 20% sell-on clause for any move abroad. Austin can get $100k GAM add-ons as well." That looks like good business on paper.
