So, thanks to the Philadelphia Union being really good at Leagues Cup, and being guaranteed at least a third-place match (yes, they’re doing a third-place match), FC Dallas will see its scheduled Sunday, August 20 match against the Union move to late September.
That means when the Toros take the field again after Leagues Cup, it won’t be until Saturday, August 26 against Austin FC — which will, of course, be the deciding match in 2023’s Copa Tejas race.
And that’s not all.
